. Jenny Seagrove trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Theatre rôles have included Jane Eyre for the Chichester Festival, opposite Tom Conti in Present Laughter and recently in the West End Somerset Maugham’s The Constant Wife, Brief Encounter and opposite Woody Harrelson in Night Of The Iguana. Her best known films are Local Hero, The Guardian, A Chorus Of Disapproval and Don’t Go Breaking My Heart with Anthony Edwards.

Television credits include The Hitchhiker and the starring rôle in A Woman Of Substance and its sequel Hold The Dream. Whilst there have been many other TV appearances she is at present best know for playing Jo Mills in Judge John Deed with Martin Shaw.
